Cancellations

Please be at the meeting point 30 minutes in advance, otherwise your booking may be cancelled and you will lose the right to a refund.

Cancellations will only be accepted more than 48 hours in advance, in which case the reservation fee will be refunded, except for special offers.

If the activity cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions, it will be postponed until the following day, however, if the team decides that the activity can be carried out, the client will not receive a refund.

Only in the case that due to adverse weather conditions the activity cannot be carried out and the client finishes the trip, the money will be refunded, and the client must prove that it is their last day in Mallorca.
